How Plans Are Scoped

We do not publish a flat plan price, for the same reason we do not quote implementations off a rate card: the honest number depends on your system. Scoping looks at your user count, your modules (core financials price differently from manufacturing with BOM and Work Order), single-entity versus multi-entity setups, and the volume of requests you actually generate. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts — and if ad-hoc support is genuinely the better fit for your usage, we will tell you so. That recommendation discipline is the same one behind our Sage 100 pricing guide.

Not Sure Which Fits?

Most businesses start with a free health check. It tells both of us how your system is actually doing — version status, data health, where your support needs really come from — and the right plan level usually becomes obvious from the findings.

Not Sure Where Your Sage 100 Stands?

Start with a free Sage 100 Health Check. We review your version and support status, the modules and licenses you are paying for, and your upgrade options — then give you a straight answer on what needs attention. No obligation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you publish prices for your support plans?

No — deliberately. A support plan priced without knowing your user count, modules, and how you actually use Sage would be a guess, and guesses in this business become surprises later. We scope every plan after a short assessment (the free health check is the usual starting point) and quote it in writing.

Can I start ad-hoc and move to a plan later?

Yes — many clients do exactly that. Start per-incident while we learn your system; if a pattern of steady needs emerges, we will show you the comparison and you can move onto a plan. Plans can also be adjusted as your team and system change.

Do your plans cover both Sage 100 and Sage 300?

Yes. One team covers both platforms, which matters for businesses running Sage 100 in one entity and Sage 300 in another — you should not need two support relationships. See our ERP support page for what day-to-day coverage includes.

What if we only need help once?

Use ad-hoc support. There is no plan to buy and no commitment — you describe the issue, we scope it, and you pay for that work only. If one-off needs start recurring, we will flag it and show you whether a plan would cost less.
