Yes. The health check is a free assessment with no obligation. If it turns up work you want done — an upgrade, a cleanup, a support plan — that work is scoped and quoted separately, and you decide with the full picture in front of you.
What do you need from us to perform it?
A short call to understand your environment, plus your Sage 100 version, edition, user count, and module list. For the data-health portion we may ask for a review session on your system. The request form on this page is the starting point.
What if the health check finds nothing wrong?
Then we tell you that. A clean summary — version supported, data reconciling, no urgent items — is a useful document to have, and it costs you nothing. We would rather earn trust with a straight answer than manufacture work.
